📦 Shipping Policy

We keep things lean and loud around here — every Rackette Club item is made to order or shipped in small batches. Here’s how it works:

🚚 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During high-volume drops or holidays, a few extra days may be needed — but we’ll keep you posted.

📍 Shipping Times & Costs

• U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days via USPS, FedEx, UPS from either Dallas, TX or Charlotte, NC...whichever is closest to you.

• International Orders: 7–21 business days depending on destination
  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping speed.

We do our best to offer fair, transparent shipping fees. No shady markups here.

🛑 Delays & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses — but if your order is MIA, reach out and we’ll do what we can.

❗ Wrong Address?

Please double-check your info before checking out. If your order ships to the wrong address, we can't offer a refund or guarantee that we can reroute it. :( Such is the life of offering super fast shipping.
